Dec 30, 2021 · We do not have natural gas out here where we live. We have propane for the kitchen range and the standby generator. When I ran the gas piping for the propane generator, I routed it thru the basement, a 1" black iron line. I put in a tee with a shutoff and capped nipple, thinking we might get rid of the fuel oil fired boiler and go over to propane.
